01
This edition: make ownership visible
Technology programs meet at the question: who owns the decision, evidence and next action? This edition gathers practical questions from the PrimisPro resource library to help teams connect governance, responsible AI adoption and infrastructure operations.
02
Audit readiness: name the evidence owner
Trace one control question to an operating record. Identify period, reviewer and exception path. This exercise can reveal a mismatch between policy and recorded practice. Read the evidence article and fictional sample report for a proposed handover structure.
03
AI adoption: draw the permission boundary
Before connecting an assistant to documents or tools, map the information path. Does retrieval preserve user permissions? Does a tool enforce server-side authorization? Use approved or synthetic data for evaluation.
04
Infrastructure: test the handover
Ask the receiving team to explain how it will administer, recover and change the environment. Use its questions to improve runbooks and acceptance criteria. A diagram becomes useful when operators can explain its dependencies.

One question for your next meeting
Which important decision has no named owner? Record its dependencies and responsibility for resolving it. Download the brief for your team or subscribe to receive insights on your selected topics.
